Questions, answered.
The things people ask before they book — on safety, guarantees, contracts, and how we treat each pest.
Guarantee
If covered pests return between your scheduled visits, we come back and re-treat at no additional charge. It is the core of every recurring plan — you are protected between visits, not just on the day we are there.
Safety
We use EPA-registered products applied strictly as directed on the label, and an Integrated Pest Management approach that uses the least-invasive effective method — often baits and targeted placements rather than broadcast spraying. The product label sets the re-entry interval; for most interior applications that simply means staying off treated surfaces until they are dry. We will always walk you through what we are using and any precautions.
Plans
No. Our recurring plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment — you can cancel anytime. We earn your renewal by keeping pests out, not by locking you in.
Termite
Yes. Termite treatment is backed by a renewable termite bond with an annual re-inspection. Depending on the agreement, that can include re-treatment coverage if termites return. We will explain exactly what your bond covers before any work begins.
Yes. We perform WDO/WDI inspections and provide the formal report (the "termite letter") that lenders and buyers commonly require at closing. The inspection itself is free; any recommended treatment is quoted separately.
Mosquito
In the Triangle, mosquito pressure runs roughly April through October. Our seasonal program re-treats about every three weeks to maintain the barrier through peak months. We also offer single-event pre-treatments for weddings and parties.
Bed Bugs
Bed bugs have developed widespread resistance to common insecticides, and they hide deep in cracks where sprays cannot reach. Whole-room thermal heat raises the air temperature so every crevice reaches a level lethal to all life stages — including eggs — usually in a single visit, with no chemical residue. We reinforce with targeted residuals and verify with a follow-up inspection.
Rodents
Exclusion is sealing the gaps rodents use to get in — with hardware cloth, copper mesh, door sweeps, and sealant. Trapping removes the rodents that are already inside, but exclusion is what makes the fix permanent. Mice can enter a gap as small as a quarter inch, so we inspect the whole structure, not just where you heard the noise.
Service
Yes. We offer same-day service for stinging insects and active rodent issues, and 24/7 emergency response for wildlife. Call our priority line and we will get a licensed technician out as fast as we can.
Commercial
Yes. Our commercial programs are built for audit readiness — numbered device mapping, per-visit service documentation with corrective actions, trend reporting, and an online portal. We support AIB, SQF, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, FDA, and USDA inspections, and a dedicated account manager keeps your logbook current.
Pricing
Recurring general pest control starts around $39/mo on a quarterly plan after a discounted initial service; one-time treatments start at $149. Termite and commercial programs are quoted after a free inspection because they depend on your structure and needs. You always get a clear quote before any work begins.
